A slightly smaller
yet tasteful version of the Crystal. Dinner style seating for up to 325, with dance floor, computer inputted wood podiums, LCD screen, bar area with tv, and scenic mountains in
floor to ceiling windows. This venue is a popular choice for birthday parties, engagements, receptions,
weddings, debutante and ladies’ sangeet parties. Choose from exotic
dinner stations,
buffet suggestions, plated dinner options.

room seats up to 250 theatre style. Perfect for morning breakfast meetings,

We can arrange for preferred discount rates at the Best Western King
George Suites & Inn, located 2 minutes away, or the Sheraton Guildford,
located in nearby Guildford. If there are large numbers of guests, we
can also arrange shuttle service. |

Booking Your
Date
One of the first things you must do is book your date. Most couples book 6
– 15 months ahead for their Special Day. We recommend consulting us as
soon as you can in order not to be disappointed. This is particularly so
if you are thinking about exchanging nuptials during the Peak Season (May
to October).

Our flexible Pricing structure
Our pricing structure is built around a number of different factors,
including time of year, what day your event is, length of room-hire, type
of event, and catering needs. We also understand that weddings and
receptions can take a toll on your purse and wallet, so we can work with
you on an individual basis to tailor your function to your needs and
resources. Discounts are offered for weekday events, as well as off
season.

Alcohol
We have several options for you including allowing you to bring your own alcohol. This will be a Substantial saving over many other
venues which charge corkage fees, and per drink rates.
|
|
Catering
Our in-house chefs can create a custom menu, or you can select from our range of Western and
Menus - Choose from exotic dinner stations, buffet suggestions, plated
dinner options. We also offer Indian, Japanese and other ethnic
delights.

Cleanliness
Take a close look at the facility you are thinking about using. We guarantee that our facility top to bottom, left to right is the cleanest around. We use the newest in environment friendly cleaning systems to ensure that the
ballrooms, washrooms, and kitchen, at any time, are always clean. We take particular pride in having
a spotless facilities- (so will your Guests).
